Definition:
Both Clients and Advisers can earn money creating and promoting events. An event is a live interactive show that clients register for in advance. A member registered for an event is referred to as a subscriber to that event. When the event starts, all of the available subscribers are automatically called on their phones and conferenced into the event. An event can be phone only or phone with video for CAM listings. Creating an event is free and a promoter and adviser can each easily earn more than $10.00 per minute (see below).
A Client(The Event Promoter) can collaborates with an adviser to create an event that other clients can subscribe to.
- For an event the promoter pays the adviser's per minute call rate but shares with the adviser the earnings from all subscribers to the event

- You decide when to trigger the event. Before triggering the event you can see the number of subscriptions to the event
Subscribing to Events by Clients:
When you are subscribed to an event you will be called and conferenced into the event when it starts. If it's a Phone with CAM event you can then click here for video instructions to see the adviser while on the call. To Subscribe do the following:
- Go to My Events
- Click on Active Events and select the event you want to attend and click on link under Event Name/Status or Event #
- Click on the Subscribe Button
- On this page you can Subscribe and manage your Availability
*** Some advisers offer Free Minutes to first time subscribers. You are eligible for these free minutes if this is your first call to this adviser and you have at least five dollars in your account when the call starts.
Creating events:
- If an adviser enables call joining a Create Event Link will appear on her listing
- Creating an event is free but you must audition the adviser for at least 5 minutes and the adviser must agree to collaborate with you
- Just click on the Creating Event Link to start
- Both you and the adviser create the event content
- Please review Event Policy for event content guidelines
- When you and the adviser agree on the content and approves it the event becomes active

Managing Events:
- To manage events you've created you must be logged on
- Go to My Events
- You'll find your event in the My Events section. Just click on the appropriate link to see the list of your events and locate the event you want to manage.
- Click on link under Event Name/Status or Event #
- To make changes click on the Edit Button
- If the promoter or adviser changes event content then the other will be notified by PW Mail. They then must approve the change.
- Click on the See Subscribers Link the see which clients are subscribing to this event
Starting Events and Running an Event:
The Client(The Event Promoter) must start the event
- To start events you've created you must be logged on
- Go to My Events
- You'll find your event in the My Events section. Just click on the appropriate link to see the list of your events and locate the event you want to manage.
- Click on link under Event Name/Status or Event #
- To start the event click on the Start Event Button and follow directions. Once started your active subscribers will be called.
- Click on the See Subscribers Link the see which clients are subscribing to this event
Once the event is started and the promoter and adviser are talking on the phone, the Adviser must:
- Go to My Account > My Current Call
- Click Call Subscribers and wait for them to answer
Here’s an example of the earnings breakdown for one event:
- The promoter’s rate is $0.50 per minute
- The rate for the clients in the event is $2.00 per minute
- There are 20 clients on the call in addition to the promoter and Adviser
- The call lasts for 20 minutes
The Adviser earns: $258.00
The Promoter earns: $242.00
Here’s the calculation:
Per minute earnings on each client paying $2.00 per min:
- Connection Charge per minute: $.20
- Our Fee per minute:$0.54
- Adviser 's per minute earnings: $0.63
- Promoter’s per minute earnings: $0.63
Per minute earnings on 20 clients paying $2.00 per min:
- Adviser's per minute earnings: $12.60
- Promoter’s per minute earnings: $12.60
Earnings on 20 clients for 20 paying $2.00 per min:
- Adviser’s earnings: $252.00
- Promoter’s earnings: $252.00
Promoter pays $0.50 per minute for a total of $10.00
- Connection Charge per minute: $.20

- Adviser’s earnings for 20 minutes: $6.20
Total Earnings for the call:
- Adviser’s earnings: $252.00 $6.20 = $258.00
- Promoter’s earnings: $252.00 - $10.00 = $242.00
