Safety, Anti-Trafficking, and Law Enforcement Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Pillow-Whisper maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding human trafficking, forced labor, or any form of coerced adult services.

• Voluntary Participation: All Advisers must be providing services of their own free will. Any account suspected of being managed by a third party or "pimp" will be immediately and permanently terminated.

• Prohibited Indicators: Any mention of "escorting," in-person meetings, or "traveling for clients" is strictly prohibited as these are high-risk indicators for trafficking activity.

• Age Integrity: Any content involving or appearing to involve minors will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Non-Solicitation & Platform Integrity

To ensure the safety of both Members and Advisers, the following non-solicitation rules are enforced:

• Off-Platform Conduct: Advisers shall not solicit Members to meet in person or move communications to private, unmonitored channels.

• Financial Safety: Advisers are prohibited from requesting "tributes," "deposits," or payments through external apps (PayPal, CashApp, etc.). This protocol is in place to prevent financial fraud and the "grooming" of vulnerable users.

• Personal Data: Advisers must not request, and are encouraged not to share, sensitive physical identifiers such as home addresses or government ID numbers with other Members.

3. Reporting & Suspicious Activity

Advisers and Members are expected to act as the first line of defense in maintaining a safe community.

• Internal Reporting: If you encounter a Member or another Adviser who appears to be under duress, or who is requesting illegal acts, you must report the user via the Customer Support Form immediately under "Guidelines and Abuse".

• Red Flags: Suspicious activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Users requesting to speak with "someone younger."

  • Indications that a person is being held against their will.

  • Attempts to bypass the Site's age-verification systems.

4. Law Enforcement Engagement Protocol

Pillow-Whisper complies with all lawful requests for information from law enforcement agencies.

• Reporting Criminal Activity: In cases where there is a "good faith" belief that an immediate threat of death or serious physical injury to any person exists, Pillow-Whisper reserves the right to disclose Member information to law enforcement without a subpoena, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Record Keeping: We maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 to assist authorities in verifying the age and identity of all content creators.

• Cooperation: We will cooperate fully with investigations into fraud, trafficking, or illegal solicitation. Advisers who violate these laws waive their right to privacy regarding their account data when requested by authorized government agencies.
