This is for Advisors:

1. Account & Professional Status

• Independent Contractor: The Adviser is an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping.

• Identity: You must provide accurate identity and payment information. Pillow-Whisper reserves the right to verify this through background or credit checks.

• Asset Ownership: All URLs, phone numbers, and extensions assigned to you remain the property of the Site and may be recycled if your account becomes inactive.

2. Prohibited Content & Subject Matter

The Adviser strictly agrees not to include the following in any listings, greetings, or live communications:

• Illegal & Harmful Content: Child pornography, depictions of minors, or any discussion regarding children/childhood.

• Specific Taboos: Bestiality (including animal/stuffed animal imagery), Rape fantasies, Fisting, or ABDL (Adult Baby Diaper Lovers) content.

• Family/Incest Fantasies: Any roleplay involving family relations (e.g., "Step," "Daddy," "Mommy," "Aunt," etc.) is strictly prohibited. Terms like "MILF" or "GILF" are allowed only if they describe a character and are not used as a family relation.

• Indecent Content: All "toilet" related topics, including urination, scat, enemas, and menstrual content.

• Visual Restrictions: No nudity or "butt cracks" in profile/listing photos. Nudity is permitted only via PW Mail.

• Content Review: All uploaded content is reviewed prior to publication to ensure the content complies with site guidelines, the laws and card brand rules. 

3. Promotional & External Link Rules

To maintain platform integrity, the following "off-platform" behaviors are prohibited:

• Personal Contact Info: You may not post email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, or Instant Messenger IDs on your profile.

• Outside Payments: You are prohibited from soliciting payments via PayPal, Venmo, or checks. All for-fee services (including "cam-only" or "text-only") must be processed through the Site.

• In-Person Meetings: Listings for escort services or in-person meetings are strictly forbidden.

• Competitive Links: You may link to a personal website only if it does not offer competitive services (phone/cam) or point to alternative payment methods.

4. Prohibited Sales & Activities

• Physical Goods: The sale or giveaway of used personal items (e.g., undergarments) is prohibited.

• Bulk Sales: You may not sell "bulk minutes" or "tributes" that are not tied to a corresponding Pillow-Whisper call or service.

• Sensitive Data: You may never ask a member for their credit card number, Social Security number, or bank information.

• Automated Tools: Use of remote desktop software, trackers, or counters on your profile is prohibited.

5. Interaction & Feedback Integrity

• Harassment: You may not post a member's name, call details, or photos on your listing without their express consent.

• Feedback Manipulation: You may not offer free minutes or contests in exchange for positive ratings.

• Dispute Resolution: Responses to negative feedback are not permitted on the profile; all disputes must be handled through the official Customer Support Form.

Acceptance

By activating a listing on Pillow-Whisper, the Adviser acknowledges they have read the Content Guidelines and agrees to abide by these terms to keep their account in good standing.
