Texting
You can now text advisers anonymously. Your phone numbers are not revealed. To be eligible for texting both you and the adviser you text must enter your cell phone number

You do not need to click on the checkbox next to your cell number. Just entering your cell number is enough to enable texting.
Texting costs $0.98 per volley (exchanged text). Your account is only charged when your text is answered. If the adviser texts you first you are charged when you answer her text.
You can always change your availability for texting by checking or unchecking allow texting on your My Account page or replying STOP.
Please note that due to new phone company regulations certain words in your texts will be masked. For example the word fuck will become ---k. You can see the unmasked versions of completed volleys in "Transaction Details".
