| My Account - Client |
My Account is your personal dashboard and puts all your account information at your fingertips, from your recent calls to your account balance, your PW Mail to the rest of your personal information.
- Mail Center -- read and send PW Mail, or access the full PW Mail Center by clicking on View details.
- Payment Info -- see your current account balance, add to your account, and view Transaction Details. The View details link will take you to the full Payment Info page where you can update your credit card information.
- My Personal Info -- quickly toggle between the phone numbers you have on file. Click View details to update any of your personal information (Member Name, email address, password, PIN, phone numbers).
- My Favorites -- shows 9 of your favorites at a time and in the designated Sort order. Use the arrows to scroll through the rest of your list. Click See All to see all of your Favorites, Edit List to edit them, and Leave Feedback to provide a rating and comments about your recent purchases!
- My Availability -- update your availability and phone number. You can also change your availability via a text message. On My Account click on the question mark
 next to You can also text your availability to see how.
