Flash Troubleshooting
Close all applications that may be using the webcam. These include video editing software, instant messengers and browsers (such as Internet Explorer).

Make sure that you have the latest version of the flash player

If you can't click the allow button or you want to always allow the camera at lollipopladies.com (this is the site used by pillow-whisper for video): 
  1. Right click in the Flash Window below where you see the Connect button
  2. Choose "Global Settings"
  3. Click on the Camera and Mic tab above
  4. Click Camera and Mic Settings by Site
  5. Click on lollipopladies.com under Website (if you don't see it then add it by clicking add or the plus sign)
  6. Click Allow
  7. Click Close
Check that your webcam is listed in Device Manager.
  • Depending on your version of Windows, do one of the following:
  • Windows 7: Click the Windows button and select Control Panel. Make sure that Category is selected in the top right corner, next to View by:. Click Hardware and Sound. Under Devices and Printers, select Device Manager. Click the little arrow beside Imaging Devices.
  • Windows Vista: Open the Start menu and select Control Panel. Open System and Maintenance and click Device Manager.
  • Windows XP: Open the Start menu and select Control Panel. Open System and, in the Hardware tab, click Device Manager.

Check that your webcam is listed under Imaging devices.

Make sure that Windows has the latest service packs and updates installed.

You can also try the
Microsoft Fix-It Tool:
  • Choose Windows as the problem area, select Install or upgrade software or hardware, and click Run Now on Hardware devices that are not working or are not detected in Windows.
